EBD GROUP, Digital Transformation
Spearheaded a “Digital Transformation” in 2016 which included full adoption of data-driven decision making. (migration of event websites to centralized CMS, adoption of a new email marketing and automation system, implementation of various digital tools, integration of new channel best-practices including: PPC/SEM, social media, website personalization, behavioral response, conversion optimization, evaluation of KPIs)

EBD Group: Content Marketing Strategy

​​Challenged to expand into two new markets, we utilized ABM / inbound marketing to reach new audience segments. Example Below illustrates growth in attracting "biotech startup audience"

  • Biotech Startups: Launched a 3-year lead-generation campaign to provide startups with advice/tools needed to succeed.  

  • Partnered with leading industry media, Published series of e-books, repurposed into webinar series, sold sponsorship, launched full integrated campaign

  • Attracted 10k+ leads and $1M in annual revenue.

Company Re-Brand

Formerly “Boston Biotech Conferences” - Informa acquired a specialized C-suite event series attracting senior-level biopharma executives to engage in candid discussions about the most relevant challenges and opportunities.  

The business needed a full rebrand.  Current name was tied to the Boston market & original founder (and we were looking to expand globally) 

Conducted competitor research, brand exploration, naming conventions, value propositions, logos, mood boards, etc, and developed a 6-month launch strategy which included: PR, email, video, paid digital, storytelling, video communications, website revamp, etc.

Prana: Launch of Concept Retail
​

The goal was to create a prAna retail store that supported the core values of the brand, leveraged the brand's history and credibility among Outdoor & Yoga customers, while encouraging community involvement and product education built into the point-of-sale fixtures.

Managed environmental design firm, and led promotional launch strategies for flagship store opening in Boulder, CO.

Prana: Brand Collateral
​

A variety of tools were used to communicate the brand positioning of prAna.  From product hang tags to dealer workbooks to consumer catalogs to direct mail and email blasts...there were constant messages and promotions that were used to communicate brand values, promote special offers and highlight new collections. These messages had to maintain a consistent thread through the various channels.

DoJiggy: Online Marketing
​

For 5 years, I worked alongside company founders for a startup fundraising company - DoJiggy, I developed integrated digital marketing strategies enabling the company to grow exponentially (achieving recent acquisition). Integrated marketing efforts included: building partnership w/ like-minded sites, e-news to customers and partners, positioning ourselves as leader in this space through securing feature articles in top industry publications (media coverage)
